Job Title: Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager
Location: Hybrid (Work from home and client's office, London SW1E)
Overview:
Trigg is seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (previously known as 'Marketing Cloud' or 'ExactTarget'). This role requires a strong background in custom journey creation, campaign optimisation, and proficiency in tools and languages like Journey Builder, HTML, and A/B testing. Experience with AmpScript is a desirable advantage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Campaign Management:
o Oversee the day-to-day email deployment process, ensuring campaigns and trigger emails are delivered accurately and on schedule.
o Develop and execute campaign strategies across multiple customer journeys and channels, delivering coherent and impactful messaging.
o Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, reporting, and optimisation to maximise ROI.
* Customer-Focused Culture:
o Ensure customer fair treatment is at the core of all activities, adhering to regulatory requirements and applying appropriate controls.
* Technical Execution:
o Update and optimise responsive HTML email templates featuring live and dynamic content.
o Build email templates using tools such as Taxiforemail or similar.
o Sequence and test customer journeys in Salesforce Journey Builder.
o Conduct usability and accessibility testing for emails across various platforms using Litmus.
o Apply best practices for email design and campaign execution, staying updated on industry trends.
* Analysis and Reporting:
o Engage in a test-and-learn approach to enhance template effectiveness and campaign performance.
o Analyse reporting metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
o Present data-driven campaign performance reports.
Qualifications and Skills
* Education: Educated to degree level.
* Experience and Expertise:
o Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (or its predecessors).
o Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, ExactTarget, or Oracle.
o Strong experience with HTML; familiarity with AmpScript is a plus.
o Expertise in A/B testing, campaign management, and cross-functional team collaboration.
o Understanding of direct marketing channels, including SMS, email, push notifications, and direct mail.
* Technical Skills:
o Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
o Advanced HTML skills, with an emphasis on creating accessible and responsive designs.
* Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects within strict timelines.
o Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on achieving results and adapting to change.
Work Arrangement:
This hybrid role allows for part-time remote work, with regular in-office requirements at the client's London office (SW1E).
