Page Personnel have just registered a new, permanent Finance Assistant position for a well-established facilities management business based in Newcastle. Due to internal movement within the team, our client is looking for a new addition to their existing Finance team and can offer an exciting opportunity for long-term progression for the successful candidate.
Job Description
As Finance Assistant, duties will include but will not be limited to: uploading and processing company invoices, bank reconciliations, running daily reports, supporting the VAT team, management of queries, cash allocations, ensuring invoices are coded correctly, management of the aged debt report, identifying any discrepancies, and a variety of other duties.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have some experience in Finance or be looking to start their career in a Finance role. They will have strong communication skills and a strong attention to detail, and be able to build strong internal and external relationships.
