Please note this role is for 42.5 hours per week. The working pattern is 08:00 - 16:00. This is a permanent position. Join our Engineering Team as a Trade Specialist, where your expertise in building trades will have an integral part in maintaining and enhancing our site infrastructure. As a valued team member, you'll leverage your certified trade background to deliver a range of in-house services, including planned, reactive, remedial, and project-based tasks. Your skills will contribute directly to the maintenance and improvement of our dynamic building environments - both automated and manual. By handling building fabric maintenance and executing value-added modifications, you will support the growth and development of our engineering network. You will support projects related to building fabric, fixtures and equipment with a significant focus on projects including painting and decorating across the sites.
