Warehouse Operatives (Full Time) – Wigan WN4
Earn up to £628/week on days and up to £668/week on nights with our Incentive bonus (only up to January)!!!
Are you looking for a new Warehouse Operative role in the Wigan, Ashton in Makerfield area? Do you want to work for a busy warehouse with a great values and culture? If so, we have the perfect role for you! We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Europe’s biggest and fastest growing value and discount retailers based in Ashton in Makerfield, with opportunity to earn up to £628/week on days and up to £668/week on nights. With lots of opportunities for progression and a guaranteed permanent contract after 12 weeks.
*Pay Rates:
- Days – earn up to £628/week (£478 week basic + up to £150 bonus)
- Nights – earn up to £668/week (£518 week basic + up to £150 bonus)
*Pay Rates breakdown:
- Days Breakdown: £11.96 per hour (£11.46ph Mon-Fri and £13.46ph Sat & Sun). Overtime paid at £17.19ph and £20.19ph.
- Nights Breakdown: £12.96 per hour (£12.46ph Mon-Fri and £14.46ph Sat & Sun). Overtime paid at £18.69ph and £21.69ph.
- Bonus Breakdown: £0.15 paid for every 1% performance uplift starting from averaging 86% performance/week.
*Shifts:
The site currently operates with 5 shift patterns which are fixed;
Day Shift
Blue Shift Week 1: Sunday -Wednesday 7am to 7pm (4 day working week)
Blue Shift Week 2: Sunday – Tuesday 7am to 7pm (3 day working week)
Red Shift Week 1: Thursday – Saturday 7am to 7pm (3 day working week)
Red Shift Week 2 Wednesday – Saturday 7am to 7pm (4 day working week)
Orange Shift Week 1: Sunday – Wed 7am to 5pm (4 day working week)
Night Shift
Green Shift Week 1: Tuesday – Friday 7pm to 7am (4 day working week)
Green Shift Week 2: Wednesday -Friday 7pm to 7am (3 day working week)
Yellow Shift Week 1: Saturday – Monday 7pm to 7am (3 day working week)
Yellow Shift Week 2: Saturday – Tuesday 7pm to 7am (4 day working week)
Orange Shift Week 1: Sunday – Wed 9pm to 7am (4 day working week)
Responsibilities: -
Picking stock (order picking using wrist mounted scanners).
Loading stock onto the fleet of vehicles.
Stock replenishment.
Following warehouse health & safety guidelines.
Other general warehouse duties.
Housekeeping.
Training will be provided on MHE including LLOP’s, PPT’s and Counterbalance.
