This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team and to lead major building projects and climate change initiatives across a variety of property types, our portfolio includes shopping centres, football stadium, listed buildings, officers, shops, offices and residential properties. There will also be an opportunity to work on regeneration projects. What will I be doing? As a Senior Building Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary Property and Regeneration Team. You will manage and be responsible for delivering a number of diverse and concurrent building projects (procurement, programme, budget and quality; including the appointment and management of multi-disciplinary professional consultants) Providing a professional, efficient and effective Project and Contract Management Service Responsibility for budgets, programmes and reporting to senior managers Ensuring that all relevant statutory requirements are met and to keep appropriate records What are we looking for from you? We are looking for someone you can demonstrate leadership, and extensive knowledge through substantial recent experience in: Project Management and Contract Management across a range of construction projects Delivering a range of capital and revenue projects (with responsibility for their successful delivery) Budget management, contract administration, project management and delivery of construction projects Contracts for the provision of construction works and professional services Procurement and procurement procedures Essential Qualifications Qualified Chartered Surveyor/Project Manager/Contracts Manager (Member or Fellow of RICS or equivalent qualification/status essential) Evidence of continuous professional development For you Hybrid working with flexibility We’re less about you driving to work and more about driving down our carbon footprint (meeting our pledge to be carbon neutral by 2030).
