Responsibilities:
* Oversee all customer contact from sales
* Complaint resolution
* Ensure your team provides the very best customer service
* Manage all interactions with customers and suppliers efficiently and effectively
* Ensure all team emails, live chats, and calls are handled to a high standard
* Provide guidance and training
* Keep up to date with current products and ranges
* Manage staff rota
