Role Overview:
1. Oversee voids on social housing and local government projects
2. Supervise and coordinate teams across carpentry, tiling, plumbing, kitchen & bathroom installations, door fittings
3. Ensure compliance with safety standards and project deadlines
Requirements:
1. Experience with SOR coding
2. Housing Association or Local Council experience (preferred)
3. Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, general repairs
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
5. Driving license & own vehicle (essential)
