Technical Support Engineer:

The ideal candidate will have a background in CNC routers, laser cutters, manufacturing, or maintenance, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to take on an office-based, customer-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide initial technical support to customers via phone, Teams, and email, collaborating closely with the Service Engineer team.
Diagnose probable causes of issues and attempt to resolve them without dispatching an engineer.
Schedule Service Engineers as needed.
Identify any required parts and coordinate their dispatch with the parts department.
This is a Monday-to-Friday office-based role.
Desired Qualifications:
Technical Support Engineer, Service Coordinator, or CNC background seeking a customer-focused role.
Any hands-on experience in a CNC or laser cutters is advantageous (training will be provided).
Strong communication skills.
Enthusiasm for a customer-oriented role.
