The CDM Principal Designer Role
They are seeking a skilled and motivated CDM Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is a prime opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a pivotal role in high-profile projects, ensuring adherence to CDM regulations and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across industries such as affordable housing, central & local government, hospitality, and health.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Advising clients on CDM regulations and health and safety.
2. Assisting project teams with design and regulatory matters.
3. Conducting health and safety audits and inspections.
4. Developing and managing pre-construction information.
5. Conducting design risk assessments and reviewing construction phase plans.
6. Delivering training and workshops on CDM and health and safety.
The ideal CDM Advisor will have:
7. A strong understanding of CDM regulations and the Building Safety Act.
8. A background in construction or design.
9. Extensive experience in delivering CDM Advisor services.
10. NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
11. Excellent communication and team-working skills.
12. Consultancy experience is highly desirable.
