Commercial Agency Surveyor/Negotiator – Watford
Salary: £25,000 to £40,000 basic salary plus commission

We are looking for a strong sales professional with experience in the property sector to succeed in this Commercial Property role based in Watford. What you will be doing
As a Commercial Agency Surveyor/Negotiator, you will be responsible for driving new sales and leases for a variety of different commercial clients, developing those client relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills. Previous experience doing so on units such as office, warehouse, industrial, and retail would be advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Negotiation: Successfully negotiate a sale or lease between two parties, ensuring you are always striving to achieve the best price for the client.
2. Viewings: Meet with potential buyers or leasers to show and demonstrate what’s on offer, whilst always trying to close on a deal.
3. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional service and advice on commercial property matters.
4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and opportunities in the commercial property sector, providing strategic insights to the Board.
5. Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure that all operations comply with the relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining 'best practice' in commercial property transactions.
Experience you will have
1. Proven experience in commercial property agency is highly desirable.
2. Proven experience in general property sales or lettings will be seriously considered.
3. Strong network within the commercial property sector and established relationships with key stakeholders would be very advantageous.
4. Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Results-oriented, with a drive for achieving targets and business objectives.
