Salesforce CRM Functional Consultant - Global Consultancy
United Kingdom (multiple locations) - Manager level - Hybrid working
We are working with a Global Management Consultancy that needs an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to design and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance customer experiences and enable business transformation.
You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage projects from discovery through deployment. This role balances functional and technical expertise with client management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Client Solutions Delivery:
* Lead workshops to gather and document client requirements aligned with business objectives.
* Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions, focusing on user experience, functionality, and sustainable design.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective processes and solutions.
* Support all phases of testing, manage feedback, and refine solutions.
* Facilitate user adoption, training sessions, and platform enhancement recommendations.
* Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including functional specs and user guides.
Pre-Sales and Commercial Support:
* Contribute to pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals and resource planning.
* Collaborate with sales teams to present functional solutions to clients.
* Balance functional requirements with commercial goals to ensure delivery success.
Team and Practice Development:
* Mentor and coach colleagues, contributing to team growth and skill development.
* Maintain Salesforce certifications and advocate for best practices.
* Enhance internal processes and ways of working.
About You
* Expertise in Salesforce configuration, CRM process design, and implementation.
* Strong functional experience in Salesforce
* Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
* Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds.
