Bringing your own ideas and creativity, to the Operations Manager role, you will assist us to guide the guest experience beyond the expectation.
Your Role:
As Operations Manager you will have a strong focus across our key operational departments with a specific focus within Front Office. This is a highly visible role, overseeing the continual development and delivery of the Pine Trees Hotel guest journey, the brand standards, cost controls and hotel profitability, health & safety, sustainability, and team culture.
You will bring a passion and attention to detail that will make you an exceptional Operations Manager that our guests will love to interact with. Your passion will ignite the experiences for our guests.
Joining the Pine Trees team, you will:
* Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction, whilst leading and managing the front office department with a hand-on approach.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experiences.
* Maintain employee focus on our customers’ needs by individualising and personalising service where possible and encouraging and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service to guests.
* Ensure all departments are working together effectively to achieve the hotels goals by clearly communicating the objectives and expectations of the team.
* Embrace our company values and ensure these are reflected in your daily interactions with guests, employees, and external clients.
* Ownership of the full in stay and post stay customer service lifecycle, continually reviewing where improvements can be made.
* Work with the Head of Departments to ensure the brand service standards are routinely reviewed against adoption and delivery metrics.
This role will involve operational coverage across a seven-day week rota, as required by the business. You will be happy to work with a One-Team mentality, ensuring best practice is shared and encouraged across the team.

* Previous Operations Management experience or management experience within F&B or Front Office as this would be the perfect role if you are looking to progress your career.
* Can maintain and enhance a guest and team centric culture.
* Communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
* Take a hand on approach and influence and inspire confidence within the team from the floor.
* A coaching, supporting and challenging mentality that delivers operational results.
* Build effective and productive relationships (internal & external)
