Responsibilities:
1. Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
2. Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
3. Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
4. Adhering to the curriculum, including up-to-date changes in the structure
5. Using assessment data to inform lesson planning
