18 month FTC with an immediate start!
I am looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a very reputable organisation in Heywood.
Working alongside the HR team and the Finance Director, your main responsibilities will be:
1. Managing day-to-day HR operations in line with company policies.
2. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Supporting employees and management with any concerns.
4. Assisting with staff onboarding and offboarding.
5. Supporting the business with any changes in law in conjunction with our external HR legal advisors.
6. Assisting managers with conduct or performance triggers and identifying and implementing training needs.
Ideally you will have:
1. CIPD Level 5
2. TUPE experience
This is a full-time role - office based 5 days a week.
