Programmed Facility Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cleaning Supervisor to join our Karratha Site Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides facility management and soft services, such as Catering and Cleaning, to a well-known Oil & Gas Company situated in the Pilbara, WA.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Management Team, the Cleaning Supervisor is accountable for contributing to Programmed's profitability and growth by directing high-quality Soft Services outcomes to our Client. This position is responsible for the supervision of multiple Minesite Cleaners across Woodside Site Facilities, ensuring the cleaning and general upkeep of Minesite facilities are maintained on a daily / rostered basis. The incumbent is a key person in the Programmed Team and is involved in promoting positive staff morale and a safe work environment, always ensuring adherence to quality systems and standards. Support to the Site Management Team will be required.
About You
To join our team, you will be an experienced and highly organized Cleaning Supervisor, with a “can do” attitude, a strength for providing first-class customer service and people management, whilst managing a diverse and rostered workforce. Additionally, a commitment to the safety of yourself and others and ability to deliver quality service without compromise.
Knowledge of industrial / hard flooring maintenance and various cleaning equipment, in addition to Hygiene and Food Safety Standards (HACCP) is desirable, however not essential.
Duties Include:
1. Build and maintain a professional relationship with all Stakeholders, including Client and Contractors
2. Following Site Cleaning Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times
3. Designated Site Offices, Facilities, Crib Rooms and Ablutions are held to a high standard of cleanliness
4. Managing daily schedules, achieving completion targets within allocated timeframes
5. Actioning maintenance requests / issues and responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests completed in a timely manner, where required
6. Maintain appropriate storage and use of Chemicals
7. Maintain accurate financial, maintenance and inventory records
8. Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning materials / consumables levels are available
9. Complete EOM stock take audits
10. Overseeing laundry duties, such as removal and replacement of linen / towels, sorting, folding and storage
11. Manage and support a 15+ Team, providing on the job training for New and Existing Employees and ensuring Payroll items are completed on time
12. Assist other departments from time to time, if required
Requirements:
1. VALID C Class WA License
2. Australian Working Rights
3. Ability to pass a comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Functional Testing and Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening
4. Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months)
5. Previous experience at a Minesite experience (desirable)
6. The following experience / qualifications with First Aid, HRWL (LF) (desirable)
Skills:
1. Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., iClean, MS Office, online / web-based Payroll & Training requirements
2. Ability to prioritise, multi-task and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment
3. Ability to work autonomously, be a self-motivator and respond to requests in a timely manner
4. Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills
5. Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
