Role: Project Manager – Construction
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: up to GBP90k + Package
My client is looking for a Project Manager, the Project Manager is required to work for a Main building contractor. The Project Manager will have experience working for a main building contractor and have the ability to deliver projects across Education, Commercial, Care Homes and Residential projects.
The Project Manager will have experience delivering projects up to GBP20m. RC Frame experience. Managing programme/ ASTA power planning with the assistance of Design and Site Management.
The Project Manager will ideally have the following skillset:
– 5 Years experience as a Project Manager
– MCIOB/ Degree qualified
– Project experience from inception to completion.
– Project Values up to GBP20m.
