Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Adult Social Worker to join a Sefton based Community Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will manage a diverse caseload with support and adherence to policies, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, including court representation. Take responsibility for complex decisions, involving service users and assessments. Assess and address risks and needs, conducting safeguarding investigations. Collaborate with agencies to develop personalized care plans that reflect individual preferences.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
