Join our team and work directly with customers to customise VoCoVo systems to their needs. Provide technical support, assisting our partners with advanced system diagnostics and issue resolution. Additionally, ensure the highest standards by supporting the VoCoCare warranty policy. Please note, to apply for this Technical Support Specialist position you must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in UK.
This role is hybrid and requires 1 day per week working from our office in Shipton-Under-Wychwood OX7 6XU.
Requirements for Technical Support Specialist
* Proficiency in technical software and firmware, with a strong level of expertise.
* Previous experience working with Linux and in a telco/telephony environment is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills and effective time management abilities.
* Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
* Prior experience in technical customer engagement is essential.
* Experience with telephony/telco integrations, SIP, trunk, PBX is highly desirable.
* Experience with Zendesk is a nice to have
* Capability to effectively train others in technical domains.
* Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
* You enjoy solving complex customer problems
Responsibilities as Technical Support Specialist
* Develop configurations for VoCoVo solutions to meet customer orders.
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and tickets.
* Conduct warranty assessments
* Maintain accurate records and logs as necessary.
* Manage VoCoCare spares stock to ensure availability.
* Communicate product quality and improvement measures to the Research and Development team.
* Serve as the product expert for all VoCoVo systems.
* Act as a VoCoVo systems Power User.
* Offer technical out-of-hours support for critical business situations.
Salary
Salary range: £38,000 - £41,000 per year
