This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent management, including performance management, employee surveys, upskilling projects, and global and regional awards programs.As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals to assist in day-to-day activities, contribute to strategic initiatives, and learn about the intricacies of talent management in a global organization.This 12 month industrial placement, starting in August 2025, is a great chance to take theory from university and put it into practice in a fast-paced environment.
