About The Role:
As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our sales and marketing results. Your work will not only support direct marketing initiatives but also contribute to the evolution of our customer engagement strategies, ultimately positioning the company as a leader in the optical market.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for the planning, creation and management of all current and planned CRM campaigns. Working alongside the wider Marketing teams you will continuously identify opportunities to maximise customer engagement, increase automated customer experience journeys, drive customer lifecycle value and reduce churn.
Alongside digital communications, you will manage direct mail vendors, processes and budget - ensuring spend is continuously optimised and efficiencies found.
With multiple projects under your remit, strong organisation and project management skills are essential, as well as an ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
You'll demonstrate success through measuring project deliverables, and continually drive commercial and customer benefit through CRM communications.
What You'll Bring
1. Significant experience in a B2C marketing CRM role
2. Proficiency in CRM and marketing strategies, including lifecycle, promotional, and automated communications across email, SMS, and direct mail.
3. Strong experience in campaign management process, briefing, designing, proofing, delivery management.
4. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, segmentation and test and learn strategies
5. Experience in campaign analysis, particularly using Excel, and other marketing tools to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
6. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills to meet tight deadlines.
7. Effective Communication: Communicate confidently and effectively with diverse audiences, presenting complex analyses in an understandable manner.
