From swimming lessons to walking football and everything in-between, we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.
We are looking for a Swim Lesson Liaison to join our friendly and professional team to assist in managing our Swim School across our 5 centres. This role will be based across the New Forest contract, and mobility to travel between sites is required.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for swimming and the leisure industry, has excellent communication skills, and is IT literate. Main duties will include providing efficient and effective customer service to parents and our Swim Teachers during our Learn To Swim program at our centres, reporting any unresolved issues to the Area Swim Manager, and supporting the Administration Team when required.

Requirements
* Experience in a swim school admin role.
* Experience of problem solving, customer service, and staff management.
* Experience of using courses & bookings management software (On Course/Course Pro).
* A passion for the industry demonstrated through continuous professional development.
* Good all-round computer skills.
* Good interpersonal skills, able to establish key customer relationships as well as be able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally.
* Team-oriented approach, able to work across organization boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues.
* Ability to work flexibly with a level of autonomy and decision-making confidence.
* An ability to analyze problems, situations, and information/data - think laterally and take decisive action.
* Excellent communication skills with the strength of character to be assertive and apply empathy where appropriate.
* Excellent time management skills - able to prioritize and deal with multiple priorities at once.
* Hardworking and self-motivated who inspires others with their passion and energy.
* Mobility to travel between sites.
* ASA (Level 2) Swimming Teacher Certificate.
* Higher level ASA teacher/coaching qualifications.
* An understanding of identifying staff training and development requirements and identifying development opportunities.
* Experience with coordinating swimming events (Swimathon).
* A high awareness of industry developments, new activities, trends, and research.
* Commercial awareness which translates into contributing to a successful and financially viable operation.
