What you will do in your working day
Training Coordination:
* Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Program Administration:
* Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including handling inquiries and resolving issues related to training activities
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools
* Coordinate with external vendors and training providers as needed
Data Management and Reporting:
* Track and report on training attendance, completion rates, and other relevant metrics
* Prepare and present regular reports on L&D activities and outcomes to the L&D Manager and other stakeholders
* Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s learning management system (LMS)
* Maintain records of training expenditures and manage the L&D budget
Training Delivery:
* Facilitate and Co-Facilitate information sessions and development workshops
* Manage the logistics of training events, including venue booking, equipment setup, and material preparation
* Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants and trainers
The training you will be getting
The apprentice will complete a Level 3 Learning & Development Apprenticeship.
It will be delivered online, with monthly masterclasses.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
The apprentice could progress to a L&D lead within the Group L&D team, move into a Training role at one of the sites, or potentially a HR generalist role.
