Occupational Therapist Development OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our clinical division in the South West locality. This role offers a unique development opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic therapist to work with neurodivergent children and young people who have experienced trauma.The ideal candidate will have a passion for occupational therapy and a strong desire to develop their skills in this area. They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, complex and SEMH needs.This is a permanent, term-time only position, working 5 hours per week Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.Key Responsibilities:Implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.Undertake all aspects of Occupational Therapy clinical duties, adhering to professional and regulatory guidelines.Carry out individual assessments and interventions, preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports.Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies, as required.About Us:We are Outcomes First Group, the leading service provider in special needs education.
