The ICT Business Analyst team play a critical role in bridging the gap between the business objectives and technology capabilities. You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather and analyse data, map business processes and key business activities and their timing. This will then need to be assessed to understand the impact of the IT project on these processes and activities. You Will Be Able To Demonstrate The Following Experience Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the project team to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding. Gather, review, and analyse data to support project goals. Collect and document information required to map high-level business processes and user personas. Assess the impact of migration on business processes and user personas. Collaborate effectively with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success Develop use cases, acceptance criteria, and test steps to ensure quality outcomes. Must have capability to travel to different locations across both Forces and undertake all assignments in a timely manner. Due to the requirement to work flexibly, unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at these times. For this reason a full UK driving licence is considered essential. This role could be carried out remotely, with the occasional requirement for travel to Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police offices.
