About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner while independently managing a caseload of private client matters. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a growing team identified as a strategic focus area.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Advising on wills, tax planning, probate, and estate administration.
2. Handling trust creation and administration, as well as Court of Protection work.
3. Supervising and supporting junior team members.
4. Engaging in business development and marketing to support team growth.
5. Delivering a consistently high level of client service and maintaining compliance with professional standards.
Knowledge and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Qualified solicitor status or equivalent professional qualification with 5+ years PQE.
2. Strong expertise in wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and tax planning.
3. Experience in managing and supervising team members.
4. Competence with IT applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems.
