Join a personable, B corp certified, medium sized construction consultancy as a Senior Director, with the aim to grow both the Cost Management service line and the client base, playing a leading role in business development. My client works with an enviable client base, on a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, education, leisure, residential and mixed use projects. Reporting into any one of their offices, youll be leading the cost management team of circa 40 working closely alongside the other senior director. Responsibilities: Coordinate business development, marketing, resourcing, and knowledge sharing, across all offices Advocate and oversee operational and process improvement, promoting innovation and new ways of working. Promote the service line externally for new and existing clients, supporting marketing as required Identify service line priorities and link back to the service line business plan, update annually Set service line SMART actions and deliver; updating progress quarterly Ensure marketing materials are up to date case studies, capability statements Support the development of others within the business Requirements: Proven experience leading, growing and developing a cost management team Relevant degree equivalent qualification and MRICS Personable and confident with industry contacts Hands-on high-quality delivery of technical services Existing cost consultancy client base with potential to generate new work and introductions.
