The Role and Responsibilities
The Property Litigation team is seeking an Associate (3PQE+) to join their growing practice.
You will:
* Work on a diverse range of high-quality cases, including:
o Advising on restrictive covenants and easements for site disposals.
o Handling lease renewals under the 1954 Act.
o Pursuing court action for NHS Trusts and public-sector organisations.
o Managing multi-million-pound dilapidations disputes and break notices.
o Addressing GP partnership disputes, squatters’ rights, and arrears recovery.
o Supporting judicial reviews for planning decisions and other public sector-related disputes.
* Collaborate with high-profile clients who are often in the public eye.
* Contribute to business development and team growth.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will:
* Have strong property litigation experience. Public sector and partnership dispute expertise is desirable but not essential.
* Be an excellent communicator with a practical and client-focused approach.
* Demonstrate business development skills and a passion for supervising and mentoring junior team members.
