Production Team Member
Reports to: Operations and WCM Manager
The role of the Production Team Member is to manufacture and test parts or products using manual and automated equipment, to perform other processes as required, conduct quality checks, machine checks, and record results, and carry out repairs or adjustments as required.
Your core responsibilities include:
* Start-Up: To prepare jigs, tools, and measuring equipment, and set up equipment within your process.
* Standard Operations: To assemble within specification and in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
* Quality Checks: Adjust and check products in-process throughout operation.
* Basic Adjustments: To adjust equipment and inspect it to ensure it is running correctly, performing repairs if necessary.
* Basic PM: To assist in correcting and repairing any defects, and generally maintain the machine to the required standard.
Key Skills:
* Relevant experience in assembly-type work would be beneficial, ideally within the automotive industry.
* Secondary Education Level (at least).
* Multitasking.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage and organize own workload efficiently.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
