Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and Baking:
1. Prepare doughs, batters, icings, and other components by following recipes.
2. Bake a variety of items, including bakes, cakes, cookies, pies, and tarts.
3. Ensure proper baking techniques are used to achieve the desired quality and consistency.

1. Inspect products for quality and adherence to recipes and specifications.
2. Adjust processes as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
3. Inventory Management:
1. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients.
2. Order supplies as needed and manage storage to minimize waste and spoilage.
4. Sanitation and Safety:
1. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
2. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly.
3. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination.
5. Creativity and Innovation:
1. Develop new recipes and product offerings.
