Role Overview: As an Education 360 Recruiter in our Chelmsford branch, you will: Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with qualified education professionals, guiding them through the recruitment process and matching them with suitable opportunities. Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, within the education sector is essential. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
