Job Description
Our client operates a large prestige dealership and are now looking to recruit an experienced and successful Service Team Manager to run a small team within the service department on a daily basis, reporting in to the Aftersales Manager.
The role would suit the following:
1. Senior Service Advisor
2. Assistant Service Manager
3. Service Manager
4. Team Manager
5. Reception Manager
Service Team Manager Role:
6. Managing, coaching and motivating employees to ensure a high quality of staff.
7. Controlling cost management for the department
8. Compiling and maintaining a resource plan for the workshop and load optimisation.
9. Together with the Aftersales Manager, monitoring performance against agreed targets.
10. Performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity.
11. Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction.
Service Team Manager – Requirements
12. Ideally be an experienced and well established Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager / Reception Manager who is successful in their current position
13. You will need to be a ‘leader’ of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealer group
14. Can demonstrate a stable career path
15. Ideally you will have prestige background

Package:
16. Basic £29K
17. OTE circa £37K
