About the role
Joining this team of industry veterans, the role takes on an established and loyal clientele. This agency does not believe in micromanagement and allows their team the freedom to take initiative in managing their portfolios. Support and ongoing training to be at your very best is important to our client. Regular out-of-office sessions are available to keep up to date with market trends, legislation, and days out for team bonding, of course.
Our client also understands the importance of family time and work/life balance, so they accommodate busy working parents needing to do school drop-offs/pick-ups and do not have expectations of you going home working late into the evening.
In this role you will be responsible for, but not restricted to:
* Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
* Managing Maintenance
* Arrears Management
* Entry & Exits
* Routines
* Attending and preparing for VCAT
About You
* Minimum 3+ years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
* Own reliable transport
* Strong time management & organisational skills
* Efficient & accurate communication
* Professional personal presentation
* A genuine passion for providing great customer service
