Job Description

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Accurately and efficiently operate complex machinery.
2. Meet production fulfilment needs of internal and external customers.
3. Maintain high standards of company etiquette and codes of conduct.
4. Contribute to a manufacturing process that is safe, efficient, and sanitary.
5. Verify that safety equipment on machinery is functional prior to operation.
6. Follow production instructions, either written or verbal, as necessary.
7. Set up and perform minor calibrations on machinery, as needed.
8. Operate machinery in a manner that is safe for yourself and others.
9. Perform inspections of machinery to ensure efficient operation and production.
10. Maintain high quality of products as produced through machinery.
11. Ensure performance against the skills criteria.
Requirements
You will be focused on performance and accuracy, naturally confident and self-motivated with a can-do attitude. You can maintain housekeeping standards, help drive improvements, and build relationships within the wider manufacturing department.
Experience is preferred but not a necessity as full intensive training will be provided.
