The successful Cross dock Packaging Supervisor will manage all the storage media and packaging in the Warehouse and associated Business Units. They will ensure that the relevant storage media Is returned from the Business Units back to the Warehouse in a controlled and orderly manner. Working with the suppliers, the storage and packaging manager will ensure the timely return of the media and packaging to the relevant supplier owners. This role requires the use of MHE and computer literacy. Key Responsibilities Organisation and standard of the Isobin yard area The timely return of Isobins from the Business Units Daily communications with UK planners The management of booking schedules The accuracy of stock The timely return of Isobins to the relevant owners The accuracy of all administrative processes To engage with the client on all Isobin matters To ensure that Isobins are stored safely To comply and promote all Health and Safety processes and policies To audit and stock take the Isobins at the Business Units and at the DC Provide regular updates on current performance Train additional colleagues for contingency The onboarding, administrative and operational set up of new suppliers Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the role.
