Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing technical support via phone, email, and remote tools. Log and manage support tickets, escalating more complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line support teams when necessary. Provide basic support for Microsoft products such as Windows OS, Office 365, and Exchange. Perform routine system maintenance and software installations for client systems. Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts, hardware, and software. Maintain communication with clients, keeping them updated on the status of their requests and ensuring a positive support experience. Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and internet connectivity. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a 1st line support or IT helpdesk role.
