CMT Power is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant Apprentice to join our dynamic team Apprenticeship Summary: Salary: £7.55 an hour Working Week: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm including a 1 hour break Hours: 35 hours per week Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship standard qualification Location: Riverbridge House, Anchor Boulevard, Dartford, DA2 6SL The Role: As our Apprentice Marketing Assistant, you’ll be working closely with the marketing team to support our campaigns and branding. You’ll get hands-on experience in areas such as: · Assisting with graphic design for marketing materials · Editing and preparing PDF documents and presentations · Supporting social media and digital content creation · Helping manage and update the company website · Assisting with internal and external communications · General admin and support for marketing projects The Candidate: We’re after someone creative, organised, and keen to learn. Ideal traits include: · Graphic Design experience · A passion for design and marketing · Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar (training provided) · Familiarity with editing PDFs and digital file formats · Great attention to detail and willingness to learn · A team player with good communication skills Training and Development: As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme. This will typically include: · Study towards a relevant qualification, Level 3 Content Creator Diploma. · Regular review meetings to track progress and development. · You’ll also benefit from on-the-job mentoring and growth opportunities within the company What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
