The BizApps Centre of Excellence (COE) is a key enabler within Virgin Money, driving the adoption and delivery of the Microsoft Business Applications platform. We are at the heart of our digital strategy, underpinning leading customer products and services. This role supports our COE service capabilities team in guiding platform enablement and adoption strategy.
Responsibilities include safeguarding platform adoption, maintaining governance controls, and enforcing standards and best practices across pro-dev and citizen-dev communities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with SMEs to assess evergreen change for the Power Platform, identify and impact-assess changes to key service components, and support testing and implementation. Additionally, they will lead training sessions, workshops, and community engagement sessions to upskill COE team members and end-users.
Requirements include experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Power Platform and Dynamics 365. In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio/PVA, Dataverse, Power BI, Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights, and SharePoint Online is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a creative and innovative mindset, are required. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically are also necessary.
