Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking a confident and proactive F&B Manager to join our team at Moxy Milton Keynes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating and managing our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and high standards of food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies.
Key Tasks:
* Food and Beverage Operations: Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries, and organize BOH areas to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
* Team Leadership: Support other Crew Members/Leaders with tasks such as helping guests, managing hotel room inventory, checking guests in/out, managing bills and payments, promoting the Moxy brand, and training team members for their development.
* Inventory and Ordering: Manage inventory levels, place orders, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
* Experience within the service industry, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of hotel systems, such as Opera and/or Micros.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
* Clear understanding of food safety and licensing laws.
