An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Planning Administrator to join a dynamic Development Team. This position involves managing the full lifecycle of planning applications, appeals, and associated documentation. The role also includes supporting feasibility assessments and assisting with a range of development activities.
This is a key role within the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects that contribute to sustainability and innovation within the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
Planning Applications: Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Planning Conditions: Oversee the discharge, variation, and removal of planning conditions.
Documentation: Assist in preparing Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) exemption statements, as well as design and access, heritage, and other topic-specific statements.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with local planning authorities and consultants to address queries and streamline the application process.
Monitoring: Track the progress of planning applications, providing regular updates and resolving potential issues promptly.
Research and Feasibility: Conduct preliminary research to assess the feasibility and risks of proposed projects, including reviewing local development plans and policies.
