Deutsche Banks’ Corporate Bank occupies a leading global position in Corporate Cash Management, Trade Finance & Lending (TF&L) and Institutional Cash & Investor Services for corporate clients and financial institutions. The Banks’ Corporate Bank has a range of market-leading products for its customers, supported by highly qualified and experienced teams of specialists in product development, structuring and distribution.
You will be responsible for meeting agreed sales and revenue targets in Cash Management, covering a portfolio of Large, United States based, Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI). You will use detailed treasury services knowledge, market understanding, and client relationships to generate sales opportunities and work to meet and exceed client expectations.
You will acquire and maintain deep knowledge about the allocated client and cash management products by way of research and ongoing contact, enabling idea generation of fitting cash management sales and workflow solutions. You will report into the Global Head of Corporate Cash Management.

Your key responsibilities
* Build on Corporate Cash Management growth strategy for the NBFI segment, develop a scalable expansion plan globally, and execute on the strategy for monetisation.
* Define clear market segments based on accessible wallet, client buying behavior, and differentiated offerings.
* Focus on different categories of asset managers, primarily types of alternative assets (private equity, private credit, sponsors, and others).
* Develop a global strategy accounting for regional nuances and diversity in client requirements.
* Diligently track Sales and monetisation performance against plan for the segment, reporting regularly to global Cash and Corporate Bank leadership.
* Lead a team of highly talented and capable NBFI Sales professionals based in major global hubs through a combination of direct and matrix reporting lines. Role also requires 25-50% travel.
Your skills and experience
* Educated to bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification/work experience required.
* Cash Management Sales or Coverage experience within the NBFI market segment with specific focus on Alternative Assets and strong understanding of NBFI client requirements.
* Established record of securing and monetising large value deals with complex client requirements in the NBFI segment.
* Expertise in building out and executing successful business strategies.
* Experience leading global and/or regional teams.
