They are currently seeking a skilled Inspection Department Supervisor to oversee inspection operations and ensure compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining ISO 9001:2015-aligned inspection procedures, managing a team of skilled inspectors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Quality Department and other internal teams to ensure products meet rigorous quality requirements. Develop and maintain inspection procedures and work instructions in line with ISO 9001:2015.
Supervise and train inspection personnel, ensuring team competency and efficiency.
Monitor inspection activities to maintain consistency, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
Analyse inspection data to drive process improvements and enhance product quality.
Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated according to schedules.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspection activities, reports, and corrective actions.
Communicate inspection performance and quality trends to senior management.
Participate in internal and external audits, representing the Inspection Department.
Proven experience in a quality assurance or inspection supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems.
Familiarity with inspection techniques, tools, and processes in high-precision manufacturing.
Strong leadership abilities with experience training and mentoring teams.
