Department: Marketing Location: Newport Compensation: £50,000 - £55,000 / year Description This influential position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced Marketing professional to lead our marketing teams, deliver our brand strategy and significantly impact our industry across the group. This is a high impact role for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment who is able to work across multiple brands. No two days will be the same, you will be at the forefront of every aspect of the company's marketing function and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives across multiple brands and businesses, with key responsibilities to include: Define, develop and execute multi-brand strategies to support business priorities and promote events, products, services and increase engagement with target audiences. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, engaging closely and reporting to the board on a regular basis, providing accurate reports which monitor the effectiveness of marketing activity through agreed KPIs. Create and deliver an exceptional standard of written marketing content for external press releases, awards applications, marketing brochures, websites and any other external marketing communications. Project manage communications and marketing activities, appointing appropriate internal and external resources to manage delivery deadlines. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals whilst ensuring high standards and deadlines are achieved and the team are well connected throughout the group companies and our teams. Support marketing team specialists to ensure that they develop compelling content, multiple brand websites, visuals and promotional materials as required by the business. Support digital specialists with digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media strategies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that they have support of the marketing team with all internal and external initiatives. Collate detailed marketing reports to assess performance of the marketing team, campaigns, strategies and projects for presentation to the Board. Oversee internal communications channels such as the Company intranet and newsletters. Manage existing and seek out new relationships with external agencies, suppliers and partners. The Individual You will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing a team of marketing specialists and collaborating with the senior team to deliver innovative and results-driven marketing projects. We are looking for an exceptional individual who has strong content writing skills and extensive experience creating engaging external communications such as press releases and awards submissions. A high attention to detail is essential for this role along with the ability to work to tight deadlines and be able to actively manage your workload in a fast-paced working environment. You will need to have demonstrable values and ethics that mirror our own culture values and to be successful in the recruitment process you will need to evidence the following in your CV: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Senior Marketing role working with a dynamic organisation across multiple brands. Strong leadership skills with experience of leading a team of marketing specialists. Exceptional content writing skills, creative flair and previous experience across a variety of external communications projects producing high quality written marketing materials, award submissions, website content, newsletters, intranet articles and social media posts. Experience of developing and executing Marketing strategies and achieving results. Experience of working at a senior level with significant personal impact and influence when dealing with board members. Significant project management experience and highly effective organisational skills so that multiple projects can be prioritised and progressed. The ability to analyse data and use it effectively to provide recommendations for marketing opportunities. Previous experience in a property related sector is desirable but not essential.
