Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting Finance Manager to join the team.
The main purpose of this role will involve working closely with the Managing Director and Contracts Managers. Ensuring costs are accurately recorded against projects and the profitability of each project is clearly identified and understood by all key stakeholders.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £60,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday & bank holidays, pension after 3 month probation & sick pay + discretionary bonus scheme (to be discussed during interview) & private medical insurance.
This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be 40 hours per week.
Reporting to the Finance Director your responsibilities will include:
Full oversight of the core financial aspects of the business, including leading & managing a team of 1 x Finance Assistant and oversight of the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Proactive management of the cashflows and cash balances including oversight and day to day management of the banking relationships.
