About the Role: We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join our front door Safeguarding Team- the Hub. The team is dedicated and committed to providing a high-quality safeguarding response, to local adults deemed at risk. We triage new new safeguarding referrals that come into Adult Social Care, ensuring that a robust protection plan is implemented. Lambeth Council’s expectations are high, and you will need a strong commitment to providing first-class person-centred care to Lambeth residents and support to their carers. You will be passionate about working with a range of service user groups -older people, adults with learning disabilities and adults with physical and sensory difficulties, challenging discrimination whilst promoting independence. We will provide you with regular supervision and access to ongoing training and development to enhance opportunities for your career progression in Adult Social Care.
