My client is a leading charity supporting people who may have had exposure to Mental Health Issues, have experienced Drugs & Alcohol dependency or been homeless. They aim to signpost those in need to the right support services. A caring and compassionate organisation who offer confidential help and assistance. T They require two Administrators to join their site in Halifax. The role is ongoing until March 2025, with a real opportunity to be either extended or become permanent. The purpose of the role is to provide the full range of administrative support to the service, ensuring the service operates efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis. Key responsibilities include: · Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the service and coordinate timely responses to enquiries made via telephone, email, text and website. · Ensure everyone contacting the service is welcomed, supported and where appropriate signposted to service staff and/or relevant partners. · Provide a positive first contact for those contacting the service by telephone, utilising the service referral pathway to identify and action appropriate next steps including options such as booking an assessment appointment, accessing a duty worker or signposting. · Maintain electronic and manual appointment systems and complete referral information as appropriate. · Where relevant lead on the coordination of room bookings, including preparation of meeting/training rooms and organisation of refreshments as requested. · Attend meetings and take minutes when required. · Maintain accurate, up to date records and work in accordance with organisational guidelines and procedures. · Support an effective petty cash system for the service including maintaining accurate petty cash records. · Where relevant provide support and cover for colleagues ensuring that clinical prescriptions are prepared and printed in a timely manner. · Understand and be able to work within a quality assurance system on a day-to-day basis. We have two positions covering 5 days on one and 4 days on the other. The hourly rate is £12.00 per hour. A DBS is required to be considered for these roles. A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent), is also required.
