We pride ourselves in having a team ethos and employee-centric environment. Due to growth at Aztech IT we now have a need for a IT Support Field Technician to join our Field Services Team. The successful candidate will be customer focused, experienced supporting external clients as a 2nd line IT Support Technician, and have previous 2nd Line IT support experience on client sites working for an IT managed service provider (MSP). You will join our Service Delivery Team based out of the Milton Keynes office. The successful IT Support Field Technician will have a strong technical background supporting Microsoft products (Azure, Office 365, Windows 10 / 11) along with supporting multiple client sites, or you will have previously supported multiple IT infrastructures with various technical challenges. You will be motivated, a natural problem solver and able to follow the process of using a ticketing system. The successful candidate will ensure that our customers receive an excellent and consistent service experience. Key Responsibilities Acting as the client facing representative for all technical service requests on clients sites in Milton Keynes, and surrounding counties as well as provide site support / cover for Aztech IT team members in Brighton, London, and Woking (this is split across the team throughout the calendar year). Logging and maintaining support issues detail throughout a service ticket lifecycle (using ConnectWise Manage) Responding appropriately to more complex problems through escalation. Prioritisation and management of workload to ensure client SLAs are met. Owning, managing, and resolving incidents, completing requests and change requests in line with our SLA’s. Identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes for clients and internally. Skills / Attributes Required Minimum of 2 years experience supporting SME’s or multi client sites in a client facing role. Clear and confident communicator at all levels and abilities Able to deliver and troubleshoot complex technical solutions Strong communication and documentation skills Good time management and prioritisation ski lls Full UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided for client site visits).
