What will I be doing:
As a Graduate Technical Author, you will work inside the R&D, Design, and UX/UI Departments, familiarising yourself with the technology and establishing connections with the individual contributors responsible for these technologies. You will create technical materials to support our customers, partners, and the wider Darktrace community.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in our Cambridge headquarters.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting end users,
* Drafting technical material for various audiences,
* Collaborating with translators for multi-language support,
* Technical document writing, editing, and proofreading,
* Curation of content and liaising with translators for multiple language support,
* Documentation reviews and providing feedback.
What experience do I need:
We are looking for candidates with effective communication skills for complex ideas, and a sharp eye for detail. If you have a passion for detail, strong analysis skills, and a continual improvement mindset, we want to hear from you. Additionally, you may have:
* The capacity to work with a range of different skill levels, from experienced engineers to junior end-users,
* Experience writing technical documents or long-form academic material,
* The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
