We are delighted to be recruiting for a Residential Management Co-ordinator to join a busy Housing Service team at a local authority. This vital role supports the delivery of high-quality temporary accommodation and affordable housing, ensuring that tenants live in safe, well-maintained homes while providing excellent oversight of managing agents and ensuring contract compliance.
You will play a key role in managing relationships, monitoring financials, ensuring compliance, and supporting service improvements - directly contributing to the council's commitment to excellent landlord services.
Initially this role will be Full-time based at our clients office (approx. 4 weeks). Following satisfactory performance, hybrid working arrangement of up to 2 days working from home can be discussed.
Key Responsibilities
·Act as the first point of contact for the managing agent for day-to-day issues and contract management.
·Monitor and oversee contractor performance and compliance with service standards.
·Maintain accurate property records, including compliance documents and stock condition reports.
·Coordinate financial administration, including setting and reviewing rents and service charges, processing invoices, and supporting budget management.
