Job Description
We are seeking a Senior/Principal Planning Officer to join our Town Planning team. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* More than 5 years planning experience within the public or private sector
* Chartered membership of the RTPI or working towards membership
* Experience of Planning Development Management and knowledge of planning legislation and Government Policy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
