We're looking for a marketing generalist with a strong desire to drive impact and help our growth portfolio continue its momentum. In the role as Go-to-market manager, you will build, execute and measure performance on plan/s to bring your product/s to market reaching the target customers. The go-to-market plan is inclusive of outlining budget, goals, experiments, tactics across the marketing, sales and partner success organizations.
You will be instrumental in the demand generation organization while owning the go to market strategy and execution for your product(s). This role will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, Partner Success, Field Marketing, and the Creative/Content team to bring alignment and drive the creation and execution of the plan.
Although this role sits within marketing, to be successful you will need to use the best resources across the full go to market organization. You will also need to work closely with the marketing channel owners. While their goal is to maximize the potential of their channel, your goal is to maximize the budget spent on your product(s); this healthy tension should be used to ensure we are constantly challenging ourselves to deliver the best results for the business.
What You'll Do
1. Using data, insight and input from key internal stakeholders create and execute the GTM strategy for your product(s).
2. Decide on and drive alignment to the GTM priorities for your product(s) across sales, marketing, partner success and distribution.
3. Devise quarterly activity plans to achieve opp and revenue targets and deliver a POV on the best spend mix for your product.
4. Collaborate with Performance Marketing on experiments at the channel, vendor, and campaign level in the form of A/B testing and pilot programs to test new approaches.
5. Map content to our buyer persona/audience and orchestrate tactics, assets, and messages that align to the buyer journey.
6. Drive required content/asset creation with key stakeholders.
7. Track and regularly report to GTM team on marketing activity, with results against goals, successes, learnings, and revised action plans.
What You'll Bring
1. Experience with planning, executing and optimizing demand generation with a multi-channel approach for SaaS products or in a high growth B2B industry.
2. Developing strategies to drive demand for key products on a global scale by deciding the best routes to market to deliver the best possible ROI for your product category.
3. Ability to take ownership, have accountability, tackle challenges head-on and solving problems with a curious and cost-efficient mindset.
4. Ability to collaborate cross functionally to design and execute strategic projects to increase effectiveness.
